It’s that time of year again: The holidays. For many this can be a very stressful time of year. The shopping, the cooking, the travel, the relatives in from out of town, just to name a few of the stressors. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to make the holidays special for our friends and family. Whether it is hosting holiday parties, family get-togethers, or just making sure our kids get the “hot” toys of the season, it can be difficult to make sure everything is “perfect.”
